Service Description
Choose this option if you would like for your child to improve their literacy skills with a small group of up to five children. Note, this option becomes available when at least three participants are scheduled to begin. If there are no small group sessions available, you may opt out and receive a full refund of your deposit, or your child can be placed on a wait list for a priority position when a session becomes available.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be refundable. No shows are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Individual Sessions (Including the Phonics Screener): When cancellations occur at least 72 hours prior to individual sessions, they are subject to a full refund. Cancellations that occur 48 hours prior to individual sessions are subject to a 50% refund. You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Please call to cancel or reschedule. After the 24-hour window closes funds are non-refundable. Group Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled group session for a partial (50%) refund when the session has been paid in full ($10). Deposits for group sessions are non-refundable. All funds are forfeited after the 72-hour window closes.
