Personalized Tutoring Session
Service Description
Receive one-on-one guidance tailored to your specific reading needs and goals. Once the diagnostic screener is complete, an 8-week plan will be designed to meet the needs your child demonstrates. The tutoring sessions can be scheduled according to your family's availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be refundable. No shows are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Individual Sessions (Including the Phonics Screener): When cancellations occur at least 72 hours prior to individual sessions, they are subject to a full refund. Cancellations that occur 48 hours prior to individual sessions are subject to a 50% refund. You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Please call to cancel or reschedule. After the 24-hour window closes funds are non-refundable. Group Sessions: Must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled group session for a partial (50%) refund when the session has been paid in full ($10). Deposits for group sessions are non-refundable. All funds are forfeited after the 72-hour window closes.
